Rates

For clients who choose to pay privately, my rate is $150 per 50 minute individual session.

Insurance and Reimbursement

I am currently in-network with Aetna, Oscar Health, Oxford, and United Healthcare.  If you wish to use your insurance benefits, please click here to visit my profile with Headway who handles my insurance billing.

If I am not in-network with your health insurance, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits to cover part of your costs for sessions.  I can provide a Superbill after your session for you to file with your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment via secure and HIPAA compliant electronic medical records system.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a $95 cancellation fee.
